Be sure not to over season the flour mixture. Lemon-pepper seasoning is stronger than you can detect. Also, brown your chicken in either butter or a little corn oil, rather than olive oil. Olive oil can overwhelm the lemon-pepper seasoning in this dish.
1 lb of chicken breast
McCormick Lemon Pepper Seasoning
3 tablespoons of butter
1 cup of flower
Let’s get started
- Cut chicken breast into chucks
- Mix 1 cup of flower, McCormick Lemon Pepper Seasoning, and Salt to taste. Moisten chicken with water and dredge the moistened chicken through flower mixture.
- In a medium sauce pan heat 3 tablespoons of butter, once the butter is melted add the seasoned chicken and cook until chicken is browned.
- Serve with mash potatoes.
